I was having issues enrolling in the new visa program. Carla spent quite a long time trying to assist me but we couldn’t figure it out. I called back and reached a representative Jon McKinley. I am giving Diamond Credit a 10 star rating **********! I transferred my trust fund to them about 5 weeks ago and I have never been sorry! Everything about them is way above any other financial institution that I have ever experienced and I am 71 years old. I can tell that every person that I have had the pleasure to address has been exceptional and I can tell they care about me. The last person I had the pleasure to talk to had the patience of a saint! Come and join us and feel the “YOUnity” they represent!

Jen did an amazing job today! We had a fraudulent charge happen to an account we have and although it took about 20 minutes, Jen worked with my husband and I to verify and fix the issue! Thank you for such great customer service! We love Diamond, have never had anything but the best service!

Tiffany and Melissa could not have been more helpful in getting this old timer (and somewhat computer illiterate individual) to open a new account with Diamond. I got hooked up with multiple accounts and a new debit card which would not have been possible without their help and patience. Thanks again ladies!

As such I have felt support, calming, and top professional treatment. I was trying to transfer money from one account to another but failed. I called Diamond and spoke to Courtney Heller. She was wonderful! She helped me with transfer and made me feel very comfortable and then asked if I needed anything else. These are the reasons I stay with Diamond Credit union for all my banking needs. Thank you!!!
